Our Practice

Sunflower Women’s Health Care opened in April, 2008 by Jennifer S. Hutchison, M.D. She has practiced in Tucson since 1995. She opened her solo practice in order to provide exceptional health care for women in all their gynecological and obstetrical needs. Her office provides an intimate and caring environment with personalized care in a private setting. The hallmark of her practice is an atmosphere of open communication coupled with sincere respect for each individual. Dr. Hutchison feels that education of her patients is of the utmost importance and that you as the patient are the most important part of the team to maintain and improve your health. Both Dr. Hutchison and her staff want to make your experience in her office an outstanding and memorable one. Our staff is very health conscious and believes active participation in your health care decisions is crucial for your optimum health.

Our Staff

	Cris is our office manager and has been working with Dr. Hutchison since 1997.  She is a native Tucsonan and is married and has 4 children , 3 grandchildren, 1 dog and 10 Turtles! You may see her out and about at TEP watching baseball and enjoying the summer evenings!
	Peggy is our front office medical assistant . She has lived in Tucson for 50 years. She is married and has 5 rescued dogs and 4 exotic birds. You might see her cruising the streets in her 23′ T-Bucket or her 55′ Desoto when it is cooler!
	Wendi is our Business Manager and was our first employee. She has lived here over 35 years and loves Tucson. She is married with 4 boys, a Great Dane and a Maltipoo! She enjoys running, gardening and reading!
	Patty is a medical assistant and joined us in 2010 from New Jersey. She brings 12 years experience with her and a bright smile! She is married with twin children, Jessica and Jason and has 2 dogs Niko and Jersey!
	Cyndie is a certified medical assistant and joined us in December 2010 bringing 15 years of OBGYN experience. She brings lots of happiness to our patients!  She has previously worked in Maine and Montana.  She has a son and 2 daughters!
